See it. Own it. Build it.
Months of letters in three words, and how they stack into what comes next.
A champion is not the most talented person in the room. A champion is the one who sees clearly, owns completely, and builds relentlessly. Everything we have done for months has been building exactly that, in you. Before we Level Up, here is the whole journey in three words, one to carry from each phase.
Phase 1 was Wake Up.
If you remember one thing, remember this: See it. You are not the weight you were handed or the story you were told about yourself. You have a choice, and what you focus on grows. That was the whole point of Wake Up, because you cannot change what you refuse to look at.
Phase 2 was Go In.
One thing: Own it. You do not get to pick what hits you, but you own how you meet it. Your response. Your piece of every conflict. Your fear. Your gratitude. All of it yours. And here is the fuel that makes owning it possible: your why. Your purpose is the fire and the resilience, the reason you can pick up the hard thing instead of running from it. The bigger the why, the easier the how. That is the inner work, and it is where real character gets built, not talked about.
Phase 3 was Level Up.
…and it stacks right on top. The one thing coming: Build it. Seeing and owning mean nothing if nothing changes on Monday. Level Up is where we turn the inner work into reps: habits, discipline, and systems that compound. Massive action, made repeatable. Character you can actually measure.
See it. Own it. Build it. Mind, heart, hands. That is how you build the hearts and minds of a champion, from the inside out.
But that is only half the game. Nothing great was ever built alone, not a cathedral, not a company, not a championship. You do the inner work by yourself, and then you do the real work as a team. Can Do gets you off the floor. Team Spirit is how we actually win.
“Can Do, Team Spirit.”

And here is why it reaches so far past you: it is a loop, and every lap it compounds.
Read the loop. Stronger people build stronger teams and families. Stronger teams do stronger work and create more value. That earns stronger customers and communities, the referrals, the talent, the growth. And that fuels the next lap. The same loop runs in your marriage, on your crew, and across this whole company. That is not a nice idea. That is literally how Bjerk gets built, and how a life gets built.
See · Own · Build.
“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” (Proverbs 4:23)
Phase 2 is behind us. Next week, we Level Up. Because at Bjerk, we build more than buildings. We build trust. And to build trust, we build the best teams, build the best work, and build the best customers and communities. It all starts with the person in the mirror. It starts with you.
Let’s get after it in life, family, and business. AND LET’S PLAY TO WIN!!!
Lots of love,
Nate
