Kate Perrin is a highly accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in Business Development and Strategic Planning within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry. As a key leader, she is focused on driving aggressive and sustainable growth by developing and executing strategic plans to increase market share and annual revenue.
Known for her extensive high-level industry contacts and active involvement in industry networking events and associations (Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, Valley Partnership, and SIOR Arizona), Kateexcels at enhancing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key community stakeholders, including the brokerage and development communities. She is dedicated to professional development and leverages her deep knowledge to build strong pipelines and consult on internal processes that improve efficiencies and enhance employee morale.
Her expertise covers the full spectrum of external business development, market research, and comprehensive marketing efforts, including the creation of winning client proposals, managing media relations, and driving social media engagement to promote company brand awareness.
Kate is a native Phoenician and holds a degree in Business Administration from Whittier College (Whittier, CA). Outside of work, Kate focuses on physical wellness through hiking, Pilates and meditation, and enjoys attending music and food festivals, and traveling with her husband.
