Beam Signing at Innovative Drive Industrial Project in North Phoenix

Bjerk Builders is delivering this ground up industrial building, with a 24 foot interior clearance on 1.2 acres. Some of the best moments have been seeing leadership roles with the company over 20 years providing the next generation with insight into how fast the world is changing in our industry. When we got together to top out this project, we shot video of the beam signing by project manager Danny Murphy and beam placement on that sunny June 11th, 2026.
